Driver's Log 11/01/14 10:36PM EDT: Two large black SUVs and myself circle a set of luxury high-rises in Towson. All three of us are trying to find the same building. When I find the place, three men and a young women who talks just like Fran Dressier hop in the car. One of the men flashes a police badge and hands me a $20. He wants me to speed down i83 and beat the other cars, "It's ok, I'm a cop."
